Developer of The Order 1886, Ready at Dawn has revealed its newest game De-Formers, an arena based combat game that will published by Gamestop’s publishing company GameTrust.
Ready at Dawn has stated that De-Formers is a “third-person smash ‘em arena combat game” where up to 8 players control “Forms” as they wage melee combat in a quest to “reign over the other players.”
They have continued on to say that the game is designed more “for those who love to show off their skills, determination, and domination” on the battle field. Players can use forms to roll, smash, “shoot, throw and defend” their way to ultimate victory.
Forms will also grow more powerful by consuming items in the arena in which they will use to gain additional strength and size, this even includes the “remains of your defeated opponents.”
Ready at Dawn also discussed the games multiplayer aspect sharing that “games are better when bragging rights are part of the experience,” this game will include both online and local so there are certainly plenty of options and opportunities.
De-Formers will be arriving for the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in the future, this is also the second game to be handled under the GameTrust publishing label following Insomniac’s Song of the Deep.
