Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth: Dreaming Of Blue Skies Quest Guide

You can accept the Dreaming of Blue Skies side quest after you enter Crow’s Nest in Junon in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Colin is a veteran soldier who was saved by a wild Condor during a war against Shinra. Now, the man wishes to feed the mighty beast, but he needs to pick a good meal, or the creature will not be tempted. If you need help deciding which food to feed to the Condor, our guide can tell you the best option to pick to complete this mission.

How To Complete Dreaming Of Blue Skies Quest In FF7 Rebirth

First, you must head west to the marked area where a wild bovine has been spotted. Unfortunately, the cow is extremely wary and quickly notices Cloud’s presence. You must now use your Chocobo‘s nose to track the escaping creature.

Hold the up button on your d-pad to find the cow’s scent. Then, you can follow the gold trail to reach its new location. Alas, a beast has also become interested in your target, taking the bovine to its nest.

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Dreaming of Blue Skies Quest Mystic Dragon

Like before, you must order your Chocobo to find the monster’s scent, and it will take you to a secluded area high up on the mountain. Mystic Dragon is weak against Wind, and you can pressure it by hitting the monster with powerful abilities.

However, once it gets pressured, the boss will fly high, preventing you from hitting it with melee attacks. I recommend bringing Aerith and Barret into this fight since they can use ranged attacks.

Best Food To Feed The Condor In FF7 Rebirth

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Dreaming of Blue Skies Quest Bovine Meat

Once you defeat Mystic Dragon, you must pick the food that you will offer to the Condor. The game provides three choices: Bovine Meat, Monster Flesh, and Peculiar Greens. The best option is, of course, Bovine Meat

If you select Bovine Meat, your job will be marked as perfectly executed, and you will receive a well-composed photo of the Condor. Picking the other options will make the photo less well-composed, but you will still get the same quest rewards.

  • Relationship points with Tifa
  • Warding Materia
  • Commemorative photo
  • Party EXP
  • Character EXP
