Naughty Dog Launch Merch for The Last Of Us Part 2 Anniversary

Naughty Dog has celebrated the first anniversary of The Last Of Us Part II with the release of official new merchandise from the post-pandemic sequel. “It’s hard to believe that just one year ago, The Last of Us Part II launched globally, and fans around the world experienced Ellie and Abby’s emotional journeys.” Joshua Bradley, Naughty Dog’s designer of communications says in an official blog post.

To mark the momentous occasion, Naughty Dog has collaborated with PlayStation and other teams to release a line-up of merchandise, which includes apparel, accessories, and collector’s statues, to name a few. So what’s up for grabs?

There are short-sleeve collared shirts in two colours, adorned with Ellie’s switchblade and hammers. These are available in both black and white. Other clothing merchandise includes long-sleeve jumpers in military green and blue, embroidered with the logo.

Naughty Dog are throwing in scarves too for the winter months (a bit far away at the moment), an insulating camp mug with the game’s logo, a leather Dopp Kit, statues of Ellie and Abby, as well as a collector’s edition notebook set from Cook and Becker.

The set includes “two notebooks, a highly detailed lithograph print, a Molotov cocktail sticky notepad, black graphite, and red carpenter pencils, stickers, a guitar-shaped paperclip, and guitar picks.”

Expected shipping dates for the merchandise vary, so it’s best to read the blog post carefully if, like me, you’re tempted to grab a long-sleeve tee.

In the year since its release, The Last Of Us Part II became the most awarded game in history, claiming 261 awards, a record previously held by The Witcher 3, and has become the most completed game PS4 game ever. Most recently, Naughty Dog’s Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End celebrated its fifth anniversary, releasing a series of player stats to mark the occasion.
