You can encounter a group of provocative men near the bar where the three Queen’s Blood players hang out. They will bother Cloud if you get too close, but you can enter the house to your right and then walk through a tight gap to challenge these guys. Next, you can speak with the bartender near the notice board. He will give you a key to his untended garden where you can discover another Sylkis Greens.
